We have evolved the plating of FPC further.
The foreign body and the oxide film on the surface of the copper foil
can be removed by several kinds of head-end processes and the grinding processing, and we can surely plate it.
We take the backup of the quality assurance of customer's product by the
analysis and the analysis with the latest SEM and microscope.
